About dim sum and yumcha

Dim sum means "light food", and it is abundant in variety and includes not only standard items, such as siumai, dumplings, spring rolls, etc., but also sweet items such as sweet dim sum (tian dim sum), sesame dumpling cake, almond jelly, etc.

Yumcha means "to eat dim sum and drink Chinese tea".
Dim sum is placed on a small plate or steamer and carried on a cart around the room so you can have tea and the dim sum of your choice brought over to you. This is the way to eat "yumcha", a renowned Cantonese cuisine. At our restaurant, your preferred dim sum is served fresh because they are prepared after receiving the order.

Please enjoy your tea time with good conversation, tea of your choice, and colorful, jewel-like siumais or fragrant steamed buns, which will most definitely stimulate your appetite.

We will offer a selection of Chinese tea to accompany your choice of dim sum.
