Manchinro's meat-stuffed steamed buns are made by adhering to the traditional process, and each bun is wrapped by hand.
For the dough, wheat from Hokkaido is used to give it natural sweetness and elasticity. In addition, fine and soft-textured "Japanese mochi pork" is used to bring out the genuine taste of the ingredients and the meat.
Shrimp and seafood siumai is made from the finest Taisho prawn and steamed to perfection so that you can enjoy the genuine taste and texture of plump shrimp.
