Manchinro offers moon cakes which were prepared through a traditional method which is unchanged since the foundation of the restaurant.A special wooden frame is used to shape each moon cake in order to create the beautiful shape and pattern, as well as to ensure soft texture.By using only the highest quality Japanese azuki beans to make the black sweet bean paste, the moon cakes offer a very delicate and refined sweetness.We offer four kinds of large moon cakes and six kinds of small moon cakes.

Fukuju Yukimaru, a Manchinro original produce, is a cookie made with pecans and covered with powdered sugar. The crunchy texture makes it a very popular cookie.
